There are three application tracks for Chaplain Endorsement:
Military – CH Candidate Program
(Not yet ordained)
Civilian
(i.e. Healthcare, Corrections, Corporate, etc.)

Steps to Apply

Review the corresponding Checklist and complete Application
2
Complete the Personal Interview Form (same form for all tracks)
3
Send the Reference Forms per the Checklist Instructions
