The PCA Unity Fund

A gospel initiative and fund created to provide grants to educate, train, mentor, and develop ethnic minority leadership in the PCA.

Vision
Our vision is to see future generations of Reformed minority Teaching Elders and Ruling Elders called to the Gospel ministry, and non-ordained minority staff members serving in the Presbyterian Church in America.
Goals for these Scholarships
Subsidize
In order to maintain our high ordination standards while removing potential obstacles, we will subsidize seminary education for minority students at approved reformed seminaries.
Incentivize
We will provide scholarships for minority ruling and teaching elders to attend General Assembly in order to increase their involvement in and contribution to the courts of the church. We will also provide funds to churches, church plants, RUF, and MTW to assist with hiring minority ministry staff.
Seminary Tuition Scholarship for Men Seeking Ordination
This PCA Unity Fund Tuition Scholarship is for minority men seeking ordination in the PCA as Ruling Elders or Teaching Elders.
Applications must be completed by a sponsoring PCA mission, church, or presbytery. The nominee seeking ordination in the PCA may not complete and submit the application for review.

This year's deadline is June 16, 2026.
General Assembly Scholarship
The PCA Unity Fund General Assembly Scholarship helps defray the costs of GA registration for minority Teaching Elders and Ruling Elders that otherwise would not be able to serve as a commissioner to PCA General Assembly.
One Teaching Elder and one Ruling Elder per church may apply for the scholarship.

The 2026 deadline has passed.
